LKCOM is having an active role in building a more sustainable future for European viticulture. It is achieving this impact through VINNY, a research Project funded by the European Commission, which focuses on nanotechnological and biological solutions that promise to reduce the use of agrochemicals and promote environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
To achieve this goal, the Project focuses on the development of environmentally friendly nanobiopesticides and nanobiofertilizers, obtained from grapevines and organic industrial by-products. These innovative solutions aim to improve soil and plant health, contributing to more sustainable grape production.
LKCOM took the lead in the communication, dissemination, and promotion strategy for VINNY's results, ensuring that each innovation created by the entities involved is conveyed clearly and engagingly, contributing to the success of the Project.
The VINNY Project consortium comprises 19 partners from eight European countries, including universities, research centers, associations, and companies in the agricultural sector. This multidisciplinary collaboration enables the development of integrated and practical solutions to the challenges faced by viticulture in Europe.
